To compliment standard products, Trelleborg Healthcare & Medical has dedicated engineering and research departments to support the design of new, custom products for pharmaceutical, biotech, medical and life science applications.

Custom solutions are available in various materials: silicone, Turcon® polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) based compounds, elastomers and plastics. And complex, custom components and multicomponent products can be manufactured using a range of different innovative processes, including two-shot molding, dip molding and coating, and our patented GeoTrans® extrusion.
