可持续发展框架
The core pillars of Trelleborg's internal sustainability work are the Trelleborg Code of Conduct and a number of Group policies and directives. The Code of Conduct applies to all employees without exception. Training on the content of the Code of Conduct is mandatory for all employees and is updated at least every three years.
For the sixth consecutive year, Trelleborg reports on sustainability in our annual report in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI Standards Core Guidelines). In addition, the 2023 Annual Report has been aligned with the sustainability reporting rules in the Swedish Annual Accounts Act.
